Hey guys , I got a decent deal from a friend of the family today and put 17" Casino rims on my Cobalt LS. The only thing is , the guy has no way to align the front end , and now with the new rims it pulls very slightly to the left. I'm going tomorrow to have it aligned. Is that typical of new rims ??

 

Check your tire pressures and tire conditions.

Don't bother with an alignment because one of the tires is likely fubared.

 

all checked out at 35 psi , all looks well. Anybody else have any experience in this ?

 

sometimes, if they are directional tires and one is on wrong, or they are on the wrong corners, it can happen. also, was the alignment okay to begin with? the grippier the tire, the more it was show a bad alignment.

 

Yes , the factory 15's on there didn't pull to the left. I guess I'll be going to pay him a visit in the morning

 

FYI , it was a loose left front tire. Thanks to those of you nice enough to reply ;-)
