No it isn't lowered. I don't think I will be able to do that. Unfortunately I will have to use my Cobalt in the winter...and as g5mike mentioned, Newfoundland winters go something like this....

My poor car... LOL

Nope, we usually get 3 or 4 major storms a winter. They put down a lot of snow that lasts a long time! When I bought my Cobalt on April 11th, 2006. Their was still a huge snow bank on my lawn...
