Balt damaged at dealer and not fixed
Just went to the dealer that sold my Balt for a problem with my Fuel Gage. After the second time going there for the same it was damaged. My hood was scratched and chipped. They fixed the scratched but said they didnt chip it. Well sounds like a bunch of crap. Plus the service department couldnt even find the TSB for the Eratic Fuel gage reading. I had to give it to them. SO who can I complain too? Can you complain to Chevy through there website? Thanks for the help.
i would try and find a number for the customer solutions center for GM. the dealerships AND the service writers get ratings based on the feedback from their customers. these ratings affect their bonuses for the service writers and can also hear the dealerships ability to expand into other area's that GM oversees.
talk to the director of operations at the dealership. you'll also get a CSI survey in the mail. you get one everytime you have warranty work done. be sure to leave comments and tell them you werent satisfied. i know at my dealership the scores from the surveys are taken to heart, especially if they're bad.
I had that happen to me too. Just try to get ahold of the service manager or the head of the dealership. It took about 3 weeks of calling and complaining before they agreed to fix the damage. I hope you will get some luck with them. Just keep on complaining and it all may work out with you.
