I just bought hp tuners to tune my car,
I play to buy an exclusive 05 license so for $50 ill do a tune

Any 05 Cobalt SS/SC can be flashed without it costing more credits. HPT allows you to unlock years of a vehicle or an individual vehicle.

if you can find about 4 that want a tune at $50 a peice i can do it its gonna cost an extra $200 to get unlimited 06 license

How can you tune a ecm without the car? I would be interested in the 06 setup.

Im gonna want the tune come spring, thats when im putting everything thing on. no need for extra power in the snow. lol i ahve trouble keeping the tires from spinning now. prolly not as much trouble as the guys with stage kits and **** tho.

How are you gonna flash his PCM if he send it to you? You cant just plug the HPT cable straight into the PCM.

when I got HP tuners, I unlocked all 06 vehicles. I know a lot of people around here with 06's, and I figure if they want a hand, I'll have it.

Honestly I would just do your car and charge everyone else for the tune. That will leave it open for you to tune more than just your year. And if you decided to trade your car in down the road there is a good chance that HPtuners will be able to tune it.(as long as you stay american. Though they might get into imports too)
