Since my thread was so general and long

The fuel pump primes i hear it buzz/humm it has pushed fuel back into the fuel rail i check the bleed off but the car will not fire
Would anyone happen to know where the fuel pump relay is?

Check your owners manual, it must be in there

you said you replaced all the relays right? and after you replaced them you got this code correct? check to make sure the relay is in properly and the right relay for that matter

you could test this by going to a good known ground on the block or just touch the ground strap to the block when attepting to fire it
