Well,
i've got my CA 2.5 catless downpipe on the day. I can easily weld a cat onto it, but was wondering if anybody has run into any problems without the cat. How badly does it trip the 2nd 02 sensor for emissions? i m a hpt user, so i can delete that, but since im new to this platform was curious to see if there was any other problems.

With the jbody, once the p442 ( i think it is) was delete, it was a beauty.

THanks!
Nate

i don't know about how things are done in bc, but here in the states it's ilegal to not have a cat and it's some pretty big fines... i'm about to put mine in today... i also got the 2.5 from cobalt addiction, but with the cat... i picked it up yesterday

Indiana doen not do emissions testing , so I am running a catless 3" dp . It will randomly throw a p0420 code . If u have a HP u can disable the rear 02 , if not youll have to clear the code daily thru something like the aeroforce gauge .

I have a deleted cat setup and it set off the CEL after about a half hour or so.
I got rid of the codes with the HPT. There are 3 codes that go off. I gave Rod the printout with the instructions on how to get rid off the codes.

It is alot louder but I have the stock resonator still attached and a Magnaflow muffler welded in and I really like the sound.

When the emissions sniffer has to be done I will just swap out this setup for the old stock one (no brainer there)
