I hit 235 with no tune, stock injectors, intake, catback, and 3 inch pulley at like 5800 rpm....I was running way lean which cut my power out after 5800... Ran a 13.7 a/f ratio at reline

And it was 3 runs, back to back, with no fan in the front...But it was consistant!!!! the other runs were 235 as well with 209 tq.. all the same....
but my engine has been pretty strong...ever since I hit like 3000 miles on my car, i've been getting knock. I got knock with that setup, my 2.8 with 42 lbers and maf translator, my tune 60 lbers and 2.5 pulley, shes been a knockin for a while now....but now shes making funny noises so yeah.....

Oh yeah...well freakin GM put clutches that barely hold stock power, injectors that barely hold stock flow, and pistons that barely hold in the engine alone......but my engine has been put through a lot and she's still running ilke a champ....sounds like she has a cam though at idle...which I have to get fixed lol
Mine sounds like that too. I guess thats what it sounds like when the computer is commanding a pulse width of .9 at idle and the injectors are giving 1.1 
I kinda solved the rough idle problem by simply setting the idle speed to 1050, better throttle responce, and a smoother idle

Currently under construction, Intense stage 5 with out Ported Blower, Injen Cai, JBP carbs, spec 2+, fidanza flywheel, custom made crank pulley out of aluminum (in the process of being made), knife edged crank, 8.5 : 1 mahle pistons, H beam rods, GMPP neutral balance shafts, complete 3" catless exhaust, header,trans mount inserts. I think thats every thing. Hopefully mid to high 300 range posable 375 whp 365 trq only time will tell. What do you guys think my whp and trq will be?
