I take it you have to have the G85 package? If not I have an '05 I will sell.

 

Yeah I want the limited slip... and I realize I could get an 07 with an LSD BUT I LOVE those Recaro's! Just out of curiosity, where are you located? How many miles, how much etc etc... oh yeah and if I do have to settle for a non G85 car, I would like black on black. The colored inserts look nice but Im not lookin to be that flashy...

 

I'm north of Columbus, Ohio about an hour. I have an '05 black on black with around 10,000 miles. Has everything but G85. Has Onstar, XM radio. Its the wifes car, she loves it but we need a four door car now so it has to go. I would like to get around $16,995 for it. Let me know what you think. If you need pics I can get some, its pretty crappy out today for pics but I could snap a few.

 

There is a silver NEW 2006 SS/SC w/G85 at a dealership here near the Atlanta airport you can probably get for $16988. I just paid that for my black one...search my ID for details. Its been sitting on the dealer's lot for 14 months...

 

As nice as these cars are they aren't worth $hit. I'v been trying to trade the wifes SS/SC in on a 4 door car. Been to a dozen dealers all they want to give is around $12000 to $12500 for the car. Theirs 2 or 3 SS/SC Cobalts sitting around my local dealers that have been their for ever that their asking around $15000 for. I'v had mine advertised localy at $16000 and can't move it. These cars are a very bad investment, I would hat to be someone that paid sticker price for one. If you pay the big money for one you better want to keep it for a long time.
