exhaust

Well all the bitching I have been doing about not hitting 12 lbs of boost has finally caught up with me.
I was climbing our local pass and decided to play a little and held third gear to almost redline and my wife said 15, I said what, she said 15 and I said what’s 15, she said lbs of boost.
Looks like the cat is clogging. so I am getting new exhaust from headers back.
I guess no complaining here.
Local dealer priced the flex pipe and cat at 690 dollars.
So now i need to find the best headers and cat, and exhaust.

If you got the change go with Hahn, thats the best one out there right now. Yeah 3" is a little much, but the bends are soooo smooth, and its sounds the cleanest.

Yah go aftermarket. $690 will get you almost a complete header back exhaust..well not exactly but damn close. Never pay dealer prices unless absolutely necessary.
