Don't get on her too much!

Suprisingly I have only heavily accelerated 3 times since I had my stage 2 installed. This cold weather is killing my gas milage so I am trying not to even hit boost now.

I just can't get over the night and day difference. It even sounds completely different.

It is a completely different car. If you have not done so already, get the GM stage 3, AEM Cold Air intake (which makes the supercharger scream) and an Ingalls ETD and you will have an amazing car. Those mods on my 06 make it fly. Exhuast will be here next week.

I have the XTC intake and yes it does scream. I have the GMPP Touring exhaust on its way and will prbably dyno shortly after just to see where I'm at and where the AFRs are.

I bought a downpipe with a cat from ZZ performance.com 2.5 inch. When that gets here on Wednesday or Thursday I am going to have Lewisville Muffler make a catback system using a flowmaster muffler and a 4in tip which really fills out the rear bumper. I am hoping to have it done before next weekend. When I am done, I'll let you know. Off the subject, but we need to start organizing our next meet. We should do one monthly. I think that would work out best for everyone.

I just installed my AEM CAI and I love it. It is more responsive and sounds fantastic. with the CAI alone the S/c screams!

I tell ya' the real thing I've noticed after driving with Stage 2 for a week.

The smoothness. This car really feels like a totally different machine. No more jurkiness or surging in 1st gear... smooth shifts and accelerations in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. I don't see why the cars didn't come this way from the factory... it makes everything so much nicer. I'd wager that a lot of people who are turned off by the unrefined way that a SS/SC on stock tune drives would be won over by stage 2.
