Question Injen injen numba 9....

Ha, old skool song...

Question....i just put the Injen intake on last night, and I thought everything looked good....but....im not hearing the professed "whine" at all....
I bought the Hydroshield, and was wondering if that had anything to do with it. No CEL's, and no fitment problemos....Should i just tighten up the clamps?
THX!

I have the hydrosheild and mine whines lovely.

Try this, hit the highway. When you get to about 65mph drop 3rd gear and pin it.

If you don't hear the whine then I just don't know. It's not the hydrosheild.

I have the injen too, its doesn't whine when i'm just driving around but as soon as hit the gas hard it's all I can hear and sounds great!!! I don't have the hydroshield so not sure how that sounds....

....never hurts to double check if every things tight try that and give it another run around the block, crack your window down a little and keep your radio and fan turned off too, keep us posted!!!

**** if he doesnt have the intake installed properly.. the whine would probably be louder (ever hear a s/c without the intake?) ... my advice.. hit the gas harder
