Knock starting out in 1st??

Knock starting out in 1st??

Anyone have an idea why I am getting quick flashes of low degrees of KR when i start out in first from a stop??

low rpm knock mabey? still in vacum wile movign. i have gotton it before but it went away after regapping my plugs
