Detail pics and my new Rebel XT

I finally got my DSLR camera I've been saving for over a year for. I thought taking some pics while I was detailing one of my clients' vehicles would be a nice way to test it out. I thought the shots turned out pretty decent for being a photography newb (these are just a few I took a ton lol):

Had to throw the boring ol truck in there:

Yeah I do mobile automotive detailing as a side job on the weekends. It's a lot of work like you said, definitely not the run of the mill wash and waxes . I don't have too many clients so I'm hoping with the nicer pictures I can make a website to get my name out there.

The Rebel XT is plenty camera for me since I'm new to the DSLR scene. If I had the money I would have gone with a Nikon D80 but I got my 350D for $400 brand new with the kit lense some filters and 2 gig procard so I'm not complaining!

As far as lenses go I'm still using the 18-55mm kit lense. I'm not going to step up to any others until I get the hang of all the features (aperature, shutter speed, etc.). I'm definitely jealous of your 70-200mm lense...what brand is it? Got any shots with it?
