So I ordered the console armrest from Fred Bean Parts last week, and just got it in today. What do I find when I open the package? The latch is broken for the lid! So I call them up to find out about having them ship me just a new latch piece so I don't have to ship them the whole assembly back. They tell me that they re going to just ship me out a whole new assembly, with a shipping label, and to ship out the broken assembly on their dime! Needless to say I was blown away, I had no idea that customer service such as this still existed! I for one will be buying anything else OEM wise from them, and I recommend the same to everyone else. That's all, just wanted to share my great experience with everyone!
