Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

Anyone else have problems with NGA sales?

Anyone else have problems with NGA sales?

I bought an Injen CAI from them via a group buy on here and haven't recieved it yet. On Feb 2 I placed the order. I try to call them and they never answer. Keep getting voicemail. I'm not complainin if this is how long it takes but, I wish they would atleast tell me something or answer the phone. How can you be a vendor here with numerous group buys taking the money and don't get the product out in a timely fashion? Anyone else having any problems with them?

yea i ordered the projecter headlights from them and its been like almost 3 weeks and i call and get voice mail. but when they do pick up they tell me is backed ordered that i have to wait. Supposly they said by this week. called them today and no answer

i made a post about this when they wanted to implement the vendor ratings and tried to warn people about the GB issues that were going to arise.
Surprise...its happening. and there is going to be a lot more of this coming soon too.

Something told me to go through CA...Everything I've ordered came really fast. I think the GB price is what called me to NGA...lol. I guess I'm really getting what I paid for...lol

im sure things are backordered but with the GB a vendor should def. let the manufacturer know of the demand they are expecting, this way the product is ready to ship as soon as the GB is done. But if the manufacturer isnt aware, then they cant supply 100 of a product in one shot and you guys get stuck waiting.

just proceed with caution when ordering from anyone. make sure they are established and reputable.

I have ordered stuff through NGA and havent had any issues, email him, or give him a call and I'm pretty sure that they will help ya out. Infact, here's his number 15133770762 It just so happens i had it in my cell lol

I also ordered an intake from NGA, it was for my 2.2. I got it within two weeks, so I'm guessing the 2.0 intakes are on backorder. I also bought my halo projectors from him during his group buy, it took a while to get them, but I am pleased. Overall I had a good experience with them, and it was my first time buying from them.

Last time I spoke to the guy he told me next week my cai would be in and he would send it out. That was 3 weeks ago.

nga sucks. they shouldnt even be allowed to be a vendor on this site. they have terrible customer service, and so far i only know of maybe 3 people who recieved a product they order from them via a group buy.
