Has anyone every really looked at our Engine blocks?

They look so funny, like someone just painted some styrofoam and called it an ecotec. I know they are made from a Foam Cast, but DAMN you can really see the foam. Now I know why sand casts are better looking.

You can see the little foam shapes and everything. It's hilarious. Anyone try to paint it White yet?! LOL That would look sad.

 

Yeah, I always wondered why it looked like that.

A styrofoam block...talk about weight reduction! I'm suprised Honda hasn't looked into that.

 

lol, I remember when "VTEC" was the big thing, and everyone into 4-cyls thought it GOD . Poor Honda. My roomate had an '03 Civic EX w/ a bunch of tweaks including a header, cai, exhaust, springs, wheels, stereo etc etc, and he loved it........until he traded it in for an '06 STi last year. Now he hates Honda's, lol.

 

I think Honda owners Hate Honda more than We do LOL! They know it from first-hand experience.
