Best price on GMPP Exhaust w/tip

I got a price from GSL and it was around $650 with the tip. Good or bad? If it is high, where would you recommend I go through? Preferably with someone here in Calgary or at least in Canada.

Thanks guys but I am looking for a dealer in Canada, not the US. Duty charges would be rather large for an exhaust system.

Where were you quoted from?

I worked as a parts guy for 5 years and I still get pretty good deals. Someone off the street probably wouldn't get but 650 is crazy

Net : $565.91

GM Part # 17802112 Exhaust Tip

I just got mine put on a few weeks ago and they charged me 600 which included exhaust, tip, and install... I think just tip and exhaust was 505.

That was at Devon Chevrolet (just outside of Edm)

Hey thanks! The one I had priced out is the Touring, so the retail price is about right I guess. I wonder if I could convince someone who works for GM to get it for me for a discount.

$650 is way too high: its about $100 to much for the touring. (including the $50 stainless tip)

BTW, save on the install by doing it yourself; its about as easy a mod as you could ask for.

Again, I am looking for Canadian pricing, not American.

The American prices are good, but once you factor in the exchange rate and shipping and duty charges, it is pretty much the same as the Canadian price...so I am going to buying it up here and helping the Canadian economy.

Ok everyone. Got some awesome news (had to rush home to tell everyone).

Before I continue, this only applys (that i know of) to Alberta and Prairie Regions.

"Take a Tip" Promotion

GM is now offering FREE EXHAUST TIP with the purchase of a Performance Exhaust or Touring Exhaust System. There is a seperate form that the dealership parts manager should know about to get your free exhaust tip. This offer is on from April 2nd - June 30th 2007.

Love being the shipper/receiver and finding out everything before anyone else.

Enjoy!
