Engine Dampner for 2.2.

I've searched and didnt find anything on this. Does the engine torque dampner work in the 2.2, and it is a good mod to get?

Personally, I would get an engine mount and a pair of tranny mount bushings. Actually, that's exactly what I did.

ive researched the dampner myself, and was about to order one, but found out that the motor mounts for the 05's were different and didnt link up to the ingalls, this was very sad for me cuz i was set on this, but that may be the route to go, i havent decided if im going to do this yet, cuz i kinda got disheartened after I found that out, but im curious to see what you find out

I have a 2.4SS, and I have the Ingalls ETD. Installed w/o a problem, and even cleared my AEM intake just fine. Probally one of the easiest and most effective installs to date to. I thought the 2.2 and the 2.4s had the same engine mounts, but maybe I was mistake. Anywho, if they do in fact have the same engine mounts, it should work fine, as the 2.2 and 2.4 engines are layed out pretty much identically.

Yea i got in contact with Ingalls, and they said if you have a 2.2 2006 or newer with an aftermarket intake it would work, but if you have an 05 2.2 it will not link it, this made me sad haha

haha, sorry man. I didn't know the '05s were different than the '06+ models in that aspect. Well, I tried, lol.
