So my buddies dad is a mechanic from his own garage. He was working on this 94 Civic Si, the guy just bought it for $10,000, that is a bad deal to start with, the car does have rims and tail lights but still a 94 civic isnt worth 10,000. My buddies dad needs to order some brake parts.. looks it up orders for a 94 civic SI. when the parts arrive they dont fit on and hes like WTF? so he calls his son and i out to have a look, hes like am i just stupid or do these not fit? so we try it out they still dont fit. He looks into his little manual thing or whatever, after checking a few things we find out this guy just bought a 94 civic DX for 10,000 with the SI badges the guy got ripped off so bad. he didnt believe us when we told him.

i donno, the way my buddies dad found out that is wasnt as SI was cause 94 SI's come standard with antilock breaks and this car didnt have antilock...among other things i bet they are very similar under the hood.

 

Don't all the si's in 94 have sunroofs?
