Is that just your experience in general or something specific for the SS/SC? DC52NV 09-23-2005, 09:46 PM Is that just your experience in general or something specific for the SS/SC? good question. i've had a 97' pontiac sunfire dropped on eibach pro kit and i needed a camber kit. my friends 97' eclipse needed a camber kit after his sportline drop and my current car right now, rsx-s, is dropped on eibach pro kit and i need a camber kit but it's not that bad. not sure if the cobalts have the same problem so to answer your question it is from experience in general. No camber issues or alignment problems. n4ggs 10-27-2005, 06:14 AM lowering 1.5 and you should get a camber kit. anyone had any bumpsteer issues with any lowering springs for the cobalt? 2K5SS/SC? 10-27-2005, 08:43 AM On my 2002 Z24 Cavy I didn't need a camber kit with the sportline kit I had on it. Just make sure you get it aligned after. I don't think you will need a camber kit for the Cobalt SS either because there shoule be plenty of adjustment in the stock supsension pieces. hitthecones 11-13-2005, 12:34 AM No camber kit needed....there is a lot of adjustment built into the stock geometry. hardtocope 11-13-2005, 01:06 AM i had my civic lowered on sportlines and i never needed a camber or a alignment. suprising my car was fine with the drop. Halfcent 11-13-2005, 01:45 PM I have the Eibach pro-kit for our Cobalts and haven't put it on yet. I noticed that Eibach makes camber kits, but not one for the Cobalt. So to be sure, I checked. Eibach said that our cars have plenty of adjustment, and no kit was necessary, which is why they don't make a camber kit for our cars. So there ya go.
