I got a 2.8 pulley and its making run rich...anyone no what to do.

Could you give us more detail. What did you measure your AFR with? Do you have tuning software? What size injectors? What kind of spark plugs? Provide all of the information you can.

BTW, the smaller pulley won't "make it run rich"; the computer has an AFR that it trys to maintain unless something causes it to run more rich for protection; this is why we need to know your seutp to see why this would be happening.

I forsee a 42lb injector setup (GM Stage 2 w/2.8 instead). If your on stock injectors it a bullet to the engine is better then with the pulley.

you need a tune, the only way to fix it is to tell the computer to not run so rich. gm's tunes are heavy on the rich side to play it safe

My car was spitting black when it was brand new and it still spitting black with all my current mods, so i do not think your pulley make you run rich.

this is true, the pulley isnt making you run rich invisable, but if you want it to be less rich you need a tune.
