I just wanted to know if anyone know where i can get a new front bumper for my SS 2.4.

 

Try your local Chevrolet dealer. I think it's called GM Parts Direct or something like that, but I know the stock SS kit is like 1200 factory painted.

 

1200 American?

Is that even competative compared to the aftermarket ones painted?

my dealer ships free for me. the whole kit, if you can get it wholesale is about 1100. but thats unpainted.

 

I don't understand.. CED will sell the 2.4 bumper for $200 bucks, given pick-up.. and you guys are saying the s/c bumper is $1200? That is ridiculous.

I wish someone would just design a lip kit for the 2.4, no way in hell I'm going to pay that much for a 1 1/2 inch stirp of plastic.
