So since i've gotten the balt, i've done the CA stage 3, K&N intake, xtc header and catless downpipe. did a custom 2.5 in dual exhaust which sounds great by the way. So i finally went and got the car dynoed yesterday. All im gonna say is depressing. a very low 221 horse and 225 pounds of torque. I've seen people run higher numbers on their bone stock cobalts. Now granted i did realize why. My a/f ratio sucks. I went down two weeks ago and got the stage 3 tune from cobalt-addiction.com. Apparently not nearly good enough. The ratio was horrible in terms of making power. It ran a rich 11.5 from bout 3-5800 rpms. Then at 5800 rpm it dumps even more fuel for a ratio of 10 flat. Now granted i do know my dual exhaust is robbing me of alot of power and will be taken care of shortly. What is the best thing to use to tune these cars. Would it be hptuners? I tried a apexi neo and that doesnt work on our type of cars. I NEED to find out whats the best to tune my car, because these numbers are just horrible and the power band just completely drops off at 5800 rpms. PLEASE HELP!
