Go to your

"Control Penal" à "Edit Options" à "Message Editor Interface" (all the way at the bottom) Change it to “Enhanced Interface”

In your CP you also enable you |IMG| tags, signatures, set your time zone and what not!

The poking with a stick doesn't work because the ":p" in ":poke:" gets turned into the the tongue out face
