I'm sick of the service department just about every person that works there is an ******* and has a smart ass attitude when they talk to you. The techs rape you for your money and lie about labor charges. They tell you to bring your car in early for something that takes less then an hour and your lucky if you get it at the end of the day. They try and dick you on warranties that weren't your fault. I can name issues all day. I'm not saying all are like this but most I'm sure a lot can agree. Anyway if its possible I would like everyone that feels like dealers think they can get away with treating us like **** to write to gm and complain I sure as hell am but one won't make the difference I need more with me..

I would SSSSSOOOOOOOOO be down to write to GM about one of the dealers I know of, I'm just to lazy........ I would need them to dick me over for me to get enough juice to write GM.

 

ill do that but I been to 4 different dealers in my area and its all the same when I had a ford they were the same as well everyone I know has a problem just about all nj dealers suck. my point is is I want something done about it and it will only work if a lot of people complain. otherwise they will continue to walk all over us and provide **** service
