Door Key Hole.

I read something else about the same problem, for some reason when i put my key into the door lock is doesn't fit too well. Some times i need to jiggle it around to fit and other times it goes in well. I don't know why it does this and i am wondering if i should put WD40 into the hole. It might be a bad idea so, so i wont do it unless someone says it's ok.
Thanks

btw i have a 06 cobalt ls... just got it a few days ago.

Its usualy due to the fact that not many people use the key anymore. The remote gets used, the key hole does not and it gets stiff. A little squirt of WD-40 in the hole shouldn't hurt a thing, just don't go crazy with it! They sell powdered graphite lube ment for door locks at any auto parts store if you want to use the correct stuff.

Hope this helps you.

This is true, i would use some white lithium Grease and stick it on your ket, and lube it up as you insert it, slowly sliding it back and forth.....till that bitch ****.
ANYWAYS Jackalope actually knows the proper stuff to use, so you can disregard what i typed
