fu*k Spec Clutches!!!!

So lets see about a week with out the RL and about 2K total in parts and labor and this clutch ****** sucks!!!!! This is what the car is doing..........Hard to get into gear and if your racing it forget even trying to shift gears. When coming to a stop and if your still in gear the car will jerk back and forth and stall. If your stopped and try to go into gear the car will start moving and stall. If you start it up in the gear the car will jump and not start. When you go to put it into gear you can hear something chattering really loud. You have to put your foot through the firewall to disengage the clutch and since you can't go through the firewall it is impossible to disengage it. I just got it back from saturn and they had it for 3 days and they replaced the Elbow Asm for the slave cylinder and blead the clutch 3 times. I went to pick it up and the service manager told me that the elbow was bad and sucking air in the system causing the system not to disengage.
cost me $500 in total labor and parts. I'm taking it to my buddies shop friday and he is going to tell me whats wrong with it......Hopefully whatever it is didn't **** the transmission up that is only 5K miles old............So I'm telling everyone now I know I said pretty good things about SPEC and **** like that but I TAKE THAT ALL BACK NOW......

Oh and another thing I was told not to leak this out but I'm so ****** fed up. When I first got the spec clutch and flywheel installed we started up the car and heard something hitting. So we pulled the whole thing apart and noticed the pressure plate was hitting the inside of the bell housing. It seems the flywheel that spec sells is 1/4 taller. They sent me one that was machined down so it would work.......I didn't want to leak this out but oh well. I think I have some pics of what happened.............

Make sure to let the manager know that you were told to keep it on the DL cause that might be a + for you incase they decide to help you out in some way just remeber what that person told you and make sure if you can remember names of that person(s) then i will start at them if they start to say no we never said that

mine was hard to get into gear and not wanting to disengage properly at first too. but i did the 1000 mile break in then started hammering on it as hard as i could it acts way better now, other than it chatters like hell and has a different engagement point ever time i push the pedal. but she grips and disengages good. i've got about 8k on it now.

i got about 1000 miles on my stage 2 and it runs fine, works much better when its warmed up, but the part about your car jumping forward when you start it in gear sounds like a bad install, or possibly a defected clutch but it seems its not disengadging completely, i hear that will wear your synchros aswell being the clutch never completely disengadges
