Its a good header. Fits well and the coating they put on there is durable.

So you're saying i should go with a honed exhaust manifold over a mid length header? Why?

 

Its really comes down to what you would like to spend there a many different companies that make a header for our car search.

 

no. dont listen to that advice... bad idea. sorry, dont have the header but i have heard decent things. search around for "header". there is a lot of info.

on a sidenote madboostss.... do u seriously copy paste your mod list into every post you make????? that makes.... absolutely no sense.

 

yes are you going to build your motor? if so you wont have to worry about any problems in the future.... i buy the best mods i possibly can.

Hahaha...... But seriously you will get way better performance from a real header.

You can get plenty of them. The weopon r, pacesetter, Cti Header and DP. There is plenty out there. You can still go with a shorty and get better performance then the honed manifold.

Go to user cp then to sig options and paste it in there.

best mods? honed header? you could have honed your own header to gain 30 CFM ...LOL. sorry but that seams pitiful.

I have the shorty ZZP header and it is head over heals better than stock or GMP. the header is a great buy for the money. sure you can get say up to 5HP from other headers but this one is bolt in and you can get a down pipe later on if you want. I have the header and down pipe and I just love it. sounds good and you can feel a difference in performance ezpecially when the motor needs to breath on top.

 

Thank you for the response but IMO going with the shorty header and then adding a downpipe later on is a waste of money. ZZP charges 500 for a shorty header and a downpipe when the Mid length and DP combo only comes to 439.99. See what i mean?

I'm going with the mid length/dp combo and i may try the monza catback but we'll see.

 

Well your right. I bought mine in that configuration.

the mid length/dp is a great option. one that I did not have. they just came out with that. the catback can be done later. not that necessary right away.

 

I have a pacesetter and it has been nothing but wonderful just made a video with the exhaust note from it with drag racing and stuff check it out
