hi well i'm trying to install the solid mounts i have the mount out but i cant figure out how to take out the stock insert so i can install the solid insert any help would be appreiciated??

 

Use a flat tip screw driver

 

Cut the for holes and take the center section out. Then use a screw driver and take out the stock mount. There is a how to somewhere on here.

now i don't have a vice but i have a bunch of c-clamps and others i will try this real quick and let you guys know how it went and thanks for chiming in so quick

i got the front one in and didn't have time to install rear but that will be for later this week and when i started the car i was like bam damn mad then i reved it and they went away then i continued to back out my drive way and went down to some open roads where there are no cars and its straight and i did a 1st gear punch and when i hit second no scratch but i was being pretty gentle then i tryied it agian and got the churp and i was now thats a great traction mod especially for being half done lol
