Saw a Red CobaltSS out at Speedworld, but never got a chance to go over and talk after snapping an axle on my first launch for the evening.

I believe someone said he got it down into the mid 14's, but I only saw one run (a 15.0).

Anyone here?

 

Not I. Had a wedding to go to. I didnt bother with friday night either as everyone bailed out last minute.

I will however be at fireturd this friday evening. You coming along Mchat? Or are you still in need of a new axle?

 

New axle should be here today, but I plan on hitting Speedworld Friday night. Speedworld's track is awesome right now as they recently stripped it and had some big events. Hence, why I snapped an axle...

 

i know this is a old thread but when did you go to speed world? and what color was the ss? cause i was out there and ran a 15.0 . just wondering???

 

HIs posts are dated Oct. 18th, and I doubt he posted this before he went to the track.

 

NEVER MIND IM AN IDIOT AND CANT READ. hey if it was on the 15th. that was me and 15.0 was the only run you saw cause the second time i launched too hard and burt the clutch!

I'll be out at Speedworld again, hopefully mid Jan. I'm doing ALOT of work to my car right now, currently it is at Comp Chassis getting a cage put in (should be done today), this coming weekend I am painting it. And hopefully the weekend of the 7th a built engine will be going in. I'm hoping to have the engine in, broke in, and dyno tuned in time to hit Speedworld the weekend of the 14th.
