Hey guys I need some help.

I looking to paint my 18" stock polished aluminum wheels black and leave the polished lip around the edge like hatrickstu and a bunch of other guys on the site. I've heard that the gunmetal rims, after they are stripped down reveal black. Is this the same for the aluminum wheels. Did you just use any paint stripper.

Any help or link would be much appriciated.
