Tach wire is on the plug going into the sparkplug cover. Not sure of the color.
The TPS has 2 wires. One for low voltage signal one for high voltage signal. I think the on we did the wire was purple. DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THAT though. Could be different as the ZEX install was a few months ago.

okay, pretend i am a complete and utter dumbass. now were are these wires located exactly? were's the spark plug cover while you're at it. can i tap into the harness that is connected into the TB for the tps signal?

pull the plastic cover. see the black piece that says ecotec 2.2? take that off. see the silver (I think its silver) thing that has a bunch of fins on it? I'm pretty sure thats where its at, en0onmai can confirm that.
the tps is easy, look at the intake. there is the filter, it goes into a pipe, the pipe goes into a silver metal thing, thats the throttle body. on the inside it has a big butterfly valve the throttle position sensor should be there.
I'm not too sure there would be a tps though. I haven't looked at any service manuals so i could be totally wrong on this. But what would be the purpose of a tps (throttle position sensor)? normaly, there is a cable going to the throttle body, the tps tells the computer how far your foot has opened the throttle body. with the fly by wire setup whats the need for that? the computer already knows what the throttle position is, because it has complete control of the position, it doesn't need to be reminded of what it has done.
