ok soo Last night at around 10:30 I was on gettting on 795 from the Owings Mills exit. as I was merging I here someone rev there enigine at mee, I look over and its a LS or LT cobalt dark red color, Lowered, Black rims, Projectors, Exhaust and full of people, and all down 795 ntil 695 he kept reving him engine at me and trying to get me too race, when I first glanced over and saw a dark red balt I thought it was Terry (Jackalope) but then I was like no not an SS/NA nor would Terry being acting like an idiot, haha
