Is the HE brand new or no and is everything together and or will it needed to be fabricated in any way

No it is used, but in great condition i can get you pics if you want? It has like 4k miles on it and was brand new when i put it on my car.

the Bwoody brackets are actually not bolt on, you have to add metal pieces to it, Me and Bryan have already done this, so your intstall will actually be easier than what we had to go through.
