I ordered my 2006 yellow SS cobalt ( non supercharged) yesterday. they said it will take 5-6 weeks. I cant wait!! for those of you who ordered your cobalt, how long did it take for yours to come in???

Took me almost 7 months to get my car. But I preordered

 

I ordered mine (SS/SC) on Sept. 15 and still awaiting for it to arrive. Dealer said 6-8 weeks and it's been approx 6 weeks now. I was notified that it should be here by the end of this week or early next week. So if that is correct, it should be about 6 and a half weeks (or a little closer to 7 weeks) since I placed the order. I'm sure 6-8 weeks is standard for both the SS and SS/SC. Of course give or take a few depending on different conditions.

 

It took 6 1/2 to 7 weeks for mine to come in.

 

Just a random thought...

You see small products on TV that say 'allow 6-8 weeks for delivery'...but a car takes the same amount of time?

Says something about some industries...
