Headlight Reallignment Issue

So I took my headlights off to pop the orange reflector out for a nicer cleaner look. I sealed everything back up great and left them out over night. Went to put them back in and there is a much larger gap then before... enough that they don't look right. Part of me thinks that it's probably just the bumper sagging because it's barely held on by push tops.

Any ideas? If I can't get the headlights realligned right I am going to buy some black weatherstripping to fill the gap across the top and to hide some of the sealant overflow.

any ideas?

I have no camera so no pics.

Same here, I think your stuck with it. You won't notice it if your not looking for it.

Well... I got tired of looking at it . i found some Black tape and just covered the inside ring around the light housing. I have a black car so it blended right in with the rest of it all.. I also screwed the hood stops down a few turns. I plan on trading my front LT bumper for an SS bumper after Taxs this coming year, so maybe that will help fix it?

part of your bumper isnt pushed all the way in...i did that a while back..several times by now (my headlights have gone in and out probably close to 15-20 times)....its really hard to find where its not iin all the way, and you'll think it IS in all the way...but its loose somewhere....once it goes in, it looks fine again

Okay... I will pop the tabs off again and push up on the bumper and reinsert the pins.

I think i'm going to take it up to the local chevy dealer and have them fix it.
Do you think they will notice i removed the air intake resonator?
