Projectors with HIDs

I am gonna install them tomorrow but theres just one problem. When i put the HID bulb into the slot in the projectors there are four extra wires coming out so how am supposed to put the rubber cover back on? I could put it over the wires but there would be a gap and wouldnt that cause foggin or somethin?

Also the rubber pieces that go on the holes on the back of the headlight holes, im missin two. I looked for em at autozone but they dont got em. Do you need these cuz i know they prevent foggin?

hook the black connector to the black clip, and the blue connector to the red clip... slide the rubber sleeves back over the connectors(i wrapped then in electrical tape to be safe... Then i cut an area for all 4 wires to come out of and stuff everything back under the rubber cover...
