Do the standard bulbs that come with the CA Halo kit provide good light for driving or do they need a HID to make it right? Considering a purchase, but can't do the HIDs right away. I'd really hate to rear end an Evo on the way by.

 

I like mine.. they provide IMO better than the stockers.. i havent gone HID on them... nor do i plan to.. as long as they are aimed right they are fine

 

lows are about even, maybe slightly worse than stockers, but highs are amazingly better than stock

 

but like sick said........ as long as they are aimed right they are great
