Question About Switching Exhaust Manifolds

Does anyone know if the stock exhaust manifold to block gasget is reusable becauuse i just bougt a ZZPerformance header and downpipe that i want to install tommorow but it didn't come with that gasget. Also does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts that attach the header to the block?
