So yesterday I decided we should install a 3.1 inch pulley as well as the Vibrant headers on our project Cobalt Ss.

The car has the K&N intake system, Vibrant exhaust, and no other power modifications.
The dyno run here shows the power gained with the 3.1 pulley installed.
219 hp stock, 180 torque factory (Blue line)
After pulley installed:
234 hp, 200 lbs of torque (red and green line)

We used the pulley systems with the DUB hub system that allows you to change pulleys within 15-20 minutes. We have more photos and information on our website about this pulley system.
