this is a question for the 2.2 guys and gals running 75 shots on the bottle. what plugs are you using, if any, and what are your supporting mods as far as egine pritection go?

right now i'm spraying 50 and i'm running on 93 octane.

^What he said. As for the plugs, there's the autolights or the NGK BKR7e I believe.

Be careful with that 75 shot, don't end up like me (despite it being a window switch problem)

it's hurting your performance. run 87. i promise you it's not helping any. higher octane will not give you more power. if anything, you're getting less. guaranteed.

if your not tuned for 93 octane your actually losing performance weather you think so or not,

an theres no tuning out for the 2.2s so I know your not tuned for it

go back to 87

you may not notice a difference, but there is one. if there was no difference, there wouldn't be different octanes. it would just be one gas.

You have to run higher octane when running nitrous. IF your not gonna use nitrous for a month or 2 then sure go back but if you use it regularly you should just stay with higer octane. btw there is no powerloss or gain with a higher ocatane compared to a lower on our cars.

If I can't notice the difference then who cares?? its better than forgetting that I've got 87 in the car instead of 91 and spraying and getting some hardcore knock or worse...
