just curios.. when u see another ss sc owner, do u race them? or do u just say nice car and move on?

 

depends, i have yet to race one, or actually "Race" in general. If it was a friend and we were on a empty road with nobody around i may do a 2nd gear pull to 60 thats it. I dont want to take the chance of getting caught like you did lol, but you got let off so its str8. Im not a big street racer, i was in my old car but i almost got caught once and i kinda stayed away from it.

Where do you live in fla we should race lol.

Well, I don't street race at all so no, I don't. But I hang out with about 5-6 other SS/SC owners (used to be more but they've all moved on to bigger and better cars by now) so it's not really a novelty.

I've raced and beaten probably a dozen or more since I have had my car, never been beat. Fastest ones were a yellow SS with CA stage 3 and a 35 dry shot and a red one with 2.6/60's and meth. Pulled both by 3-4 cars. I dominate and destroy stock and stage 2 cobalts.

 

Not really much of a street racer(really like my insurance rates)but I imagine the conversation would be "Nice car,wanna go eat some Hondas?"

 

I didnt have thos mods when i race all stock.

 

I've been up against a couple local, and walked all that I have ran, but one...DTM2188's before he got rid of it, but then he had cams and a good lot more done as well.

I"ve raced a bunch at the track, and a few on the street....... haven't lost yet... haven't really lost any races yet for that matter.
Lost to an evo at the track, and a supra, I think that's it. oh yeah a low 12 sec magnum srt8, damn old dudes from upstate 525whp.

I raced a yellow ss/sc back in the summer, but normally just a wave or nod..most of the time I see them going the opposite way...theres quite a few locals around here that I have already met, so mostly a wave
