sounds like this evo around here... he would run mid 12s all night with a helmet b/c he would let off mid track, or hit his brakes... until his last run of the night and knocked out an 10.8x

 

does the track give u a helmet??

 

...and while we're at it, what et (or trap speed) requires you to wear a helmet?

 

trap is 120+i beleive and time is 14.0 and down..

and btw that blue sti is still on the stock clutch

all depends on the driver...he bout that car with 26k on the clock..has 48k now..only launched it ONCE at the track and i was the one driving the car and i was the only 1 that launched it...all he does is highway race...60+mph

 

Yeah I'll definitely need to replace mine then. I use the slip method and the only place I race is the track. Killer cars though, and the Cobalt is lookin good. I don't know why but I'm partial to that black STi......
