Installing New Clutch, want to make sure everything goes right! help

I'm about to put the exedy stage 3 clutch in. While the tranny is down, i want to replace the wearable parts. I'm replacing the actuator and the release bearing. the actuator/release bearing is # 4 in the illustration. ( gm calls the slave cylinder the actuator)I remember reading somewhere that the clutch line would also have to be replace because the actuator is a diff part now and the stock clutch line would not fit to it. So in this illustration which clutch line were they talking about and if i changed that would i need to get that elbow also? im thinking # 6 and thats all. Im just trying to make sure i do this job right the first time and dont have to borrow my buddies garage again for 2 days.

GM updated the connection for the slave to slave line. So, you want to make sure you get the newer versions of both parts.

Badboy, could you please post part numbers when you get these parts?

It'd be really helpful, I'm about to order the Exedy Hyper Single with Flywheel and was wondering your exact question.

Thanks in advance.

Part Number for the Slave Cyliner/Actuator with Release bearing---12583857
PN for the Line (6 in the illustration above) ----24422067

I would go through crate engine depot, dave will hook you up with a nice price.

Anyways clutch is in, started it up with no problems and the clutch feels great! Just gotta break this baby in now...
