And what are the solutions to outflowing the maf resulting in a P0103 error
Car is 2006 Cobalt with sc and turbo at 22 psi

You can raize the Maz Fail High under the Airflow table in Engine Diagnostics. I don't know if it will help for your application or not but worth a try.
This is the IFR table from a Stage flash which uses 42s:
