i tried that with mine the other day... it seems impossible huh...Lol

 

yeah just twist it til it comes off, it's a PITA

Oil extender is easy. Bend it forward. Straight towards you. Don't twist. It will pop out and not break. Promise just do it.

 

i twisted it, came off pretty easy

 

Mine was a PITA. twisted, pulled, it was hard, but it came off

 

That's exactly how I did mine. I tried for about 15 minutes to twist the damn thing out. I then said to the oil cap extender, "F*** YOU!!!", and pulled with all my might towards me, and it popped out so easy that I lost my balance and took a couple steps back.

 

Now just need an MPX oil cap or some polished oil cap.

 

Does the OEM cap fit back in place without the extender? If not, what did you guys replace it with?
