I am looking for blue leds for all my halos (at least 8) and for all the leds right next to the turn signal (at least 6). I know, for one of them, they are the 3mm ones but can I use any from ebay like these:

I know theyre supposed to be 4v but if i wire it up to work with 12v leds, will they be a lot brighter and is it worth it?

I found out the size for the set of three leds next to the turn signal is 194. Now I ust need to know if the leds on ebay will work.

I did search but i wanna know if ebay is a good place to get em and wat kinda specs should i be looking for? If its 12v, does that mean its 3x brighter then a 4v? I wanna find brighter leds and i want em blue.

Also the top 3 are special order leds. thus why 3mm are much cheeper.
