2.2 guys, what kinda gains, if any, have u noticed from swapping to the lsj exhaust manifold from your stock one?

 

If you have an '07 2.2 the manifolds are the same. If you have an '05 or '06 there would be some improvement, but unless you get the lsj manifold for a really low price and do the install yourself, IMO the gains wouldn't be worth the trouble. If you want good gains, go with a true header.

 

i can get one for 30 bux. and yes, i would do the install myself with the help of a friend.

For $30 and a project with a friend, I say go for it.
