2.0 injectors on the 2.4

At what point would a 2.4 need to or should switch to the larger 2.0 injectors? For example after what types of mods. Also what all is required for the switch? just the 2.0 harness and injectors?

I think guys are switching injectors when they have full bolt-ons and a tune. (Of course the tune goes hand in hand with the new injectors.)
