At first I thought that this guy was just a raging homosexual who liked the attention of his car because he wanted some *****.

However, after careful reconsideration, I thought that perhaps his eyes were not fully developed and they lacked the rods that other human's eyes have. As a result his night vision is shitty and he needs ample lighting in order to see in the dark.

Yeah, so I guess he's NOT a homo after all.
